High Sierra Animal Rescue is a no-kill dog rescue tucked in the quiet mountain town of Portola, CA. Since 1999, we've poured our hearts into saving dogs who can no longer remain in county shelters. Every dog who comes through our doors receives safety, comfort, medical care, and the chance to start over.
